Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with site preparation, including masking, laying drop cloths, and covering surfaces.
• Cleaning, sanding, and preparing various surfaces (wood, drywall, metal, etc.) for painting or staining.
• Learning to mix and match colors accurately.
• Applying primers and basic coats under supervision.
• Maintaining a clean and organized worksite and caring for tools and equipment.
• Following all safety guidelines and instructions diligently.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Project Management: Overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, material management, and quality control.
• On-Site Leadership: Directing and motivating crew members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting regular inspections to ensure all work meets Peak Paint and Stain's rigorous quality standards and client specifications.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identifying and resolving on-site issues, adapting to unforeseen challenges, and making informed decisions.
• Client Communication: Serving as the primary on-site contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Safety Management: Enforcing all company safety policies and procedures, conducting daily safety briefings, and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Resource Management: Managing tools, equipment, and materials efficiently, ensuring proper care, maintenance, and inventory.
• Documentation: Completing daily reports, time sheets, and other necessary project documentation accurately.
